∎ We are having exciting opportunities for Factory Manager for the Bangladesh operations.
∎ Job Description: We are currently seeking a Factory Manager for our plastic mould hanger factory. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring that production targets are met, and ensuring that all products are of high quality. The Factory Manager will also be responsible for managing the factory staff, including hiring, training, and supervising production workers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibilities with total quality management of the facility
∎ Plan and implement production schedules to ensure that production targets are met
∎ Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are produced according to customer specifications
∎ Manage and supervise production workers, ensuring that they are properly trained and motivated
∎ Develop and implement procedures to improve production efficiency and reduce waste
∎ Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures where appropriate
∎ Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations & requirements of ultimate buyers
∎ Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as required
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth operation of the factory

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years experience with 5 years experience as factory management in the plastic moulding industry
∎ Those with experience in multinational company in an international environment will be given preference.
∎ Experience in working on ERP & other software based systems
∎ Good knowledge of compliance and health and safety regulations and procedures
∎ Experience in quality & quality based process is a prerequisite
∎ Strong leadership and management skills
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Good problem-solving and analytical skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
∎ Fluency in Bangla & English
