Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage logistic support for employees
∎ To ensure housekeeping through outsourced cleaners
∎ To manage office support staffs for day to day administration related activities
∎ To assign and manage personnal cabinets
∎ To plan for monthly stationary, papers and grocery requisition
∎ To ensure periodic and corrective maintenance as required
∎ To process invoices with liason of corporate administration
∎ To ensure access control at the premises
