Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil, Civil Engineering, Fire Safety Training, Health Safety and Environment
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Amusement Park, Group of Companies, HVAC System

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure building and services to meet the needs of the teams & Customers (All concerned people).
∎ To ensure one stop service solution to all teams.
∎ FM works included infrastructure Management.
∎ Traffic Management.
∎ Taxi, Bus, Parking facilities, maintenance.
∎ To ensure team facilities, maintenance support: else water sewerage, security, Air-Cooler etc.
∎ To ensure utility services of common areas (Cleaning, security, Lighting, Air-cooling, HVAC Etc.).
∎ Landscape Management (Cleaning, Garden maintenance etc.).
∎ To monitor PA, Interior Works & Shop Operations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Communication & influencing skills in speaking & writing.
∎ Analytical & problem solving skills.
∎ Decision making.
∎ Ability to deal with different other team.
∎ Supervising, multidisciplinary teams of staffs including cleaning, maintenance guards and security and engineering
∎ Customer Service.
∎ To organize time management and ability to handle a complex varied workload.
∎ A good knowledge in IT
∎ Have ability to work for extended hours.
