Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and oversee regular maintenance and repairs.
∎ Supervise the maintenance team and confirm immediate and effective service support.
∎ Negotiate and liaise with outside vendors. Ensure that proper procedure is maintained in all kind of purchasing related to maintenance.
∎ Confirm regular investigations of existing properties and inform the Management for repairing/replacements where necessary.
∎ Ensure facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes.
∎ Respond to inquiries and requests by building users and resolving any problems or issues.
∎ Confirm safety to all the properties. Propose any upgradation in security systems.
∎ Generate and distribute weekly guard rota and confirm effectiveness.
∎ Update the fixed asset register when necessary (e.g. addition, exclusion, change of location, etc).
∎ Any other project assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Excellent communication in English (near native)

Salary:
∎ Tk. 49000 - 53000 (Monthly)
∎ Two festivals bonuses as per company policy after successful completion of probation.
