∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Civil Engineering, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture in MIST, BUET, East West University,
∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,North South University,The University of Asia Pacific,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,BRAC University students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auto CAD Designing, AutoCAD, SketchUp
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Market Research Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primarily to support the Marketing department with drawings, 3D and Estimation.
∎ Must have knowledge about AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Microsoft Office, etc.
∎ Must have excellent communications skills to conduct meeting with clients and convincing ability.
∎ Must have experience in sketch up and must know to do 3D modeling and rendering on building exterior.
∎ Conduct meetings with clients and able to meet specific needs of manufacturers and clients.
∎ Must have knowledge about Building materials specially Façade materials.
∎ Regular visits to the site and communication with site Engineers to implement the designs.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Should be creative, dynamic, and have a pleasant personality.
∎ Should be able to move around with the marketing team and be able to promote company products.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ We will taken 2 Female and 1 Male only.
∎ Proper knowledge in information technology
∎ Proper interpersonal skill, energetic and ability to work under pressure
∎ Proper knowledge of MS Office
∎ Proper knowledge of Architectural Drawing & Design
∎ Commission and financial Incentives are applicable after reaching certain targets each year !
