Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) or Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure each operator capacity checking and proper line balance regarding production.
∎ Reduce non- value-added time & increase productivity.
∎ Responsible to increase production efficiency at the respective unit.
∎ To perform effective line layouts.
∎ Preparation of workers’ skill matrix and monitoring production.
∎ Responsible to take assessment for new operator requirement.
∎ Determining the capacity of operators (workers) and planning improvements through Time Study & Production study.

Salary: Negotiable
