Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc Engineering in Mechanical/IPE/EEE.
∎ Candidates with specialized certification in logistics/supply chain management will be given preference.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Supply Chain Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Data Analysis, Fleet management, Logistics Management, supply chain management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning Raw materials (RM) & packaging materials (PM) as per the needs of the Factory Production & Sales Target as per supervision.
∎ Assist in maintaining Lead Time, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and minimum stock levels and plan the procurement of RM & PM accordingly.
∎ Assist in Coordinating with supplier, clients, production team, purchase & procurement (P&P) team, and brand to ensure standard quality RM & PM availability and delivery of the product at right time with the right quantity.
∎ Maintain the right quantity of inventory which will lead to maximizing savings without hampering normal production schedules.
∎ Coordinate with Purchase & Procurement department to continuously evaluate the performance of suppliers and maintain an eligible list of reputed and capable suppliers who do ethical business.
∎ Establish and maintain high standards of relationships with suppliers for the most cost-effectiveness and favorable service.
∎ Maintain proper follow-up of RM & PM Stock, Finished Good delivered and undelivered stock up to the end, and prepare necessary reports guided by a supervisor.
