Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for ensuring the location of all Items in the store.
∎ Responsible for providing SR, MRR, receipt, serial number, tag number, etc. of all items.
∎ Responsible for keeping records and computerized entries of all items' original documentation, guarantee/warranty documents, warehousing inventory documents, stocking documents, etc.
∎ Responsible for always updating store inventory in the ledger and on the computer.
∎ Responsible for Keeping records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location.
∎ Responsible for submitting store reports once in a month.
∎ Responsible for properly storing and recording old, damaged, or expired items.
∎ We are looking for a Store in-charge with 5 years of work experience in a warehouse or store in any shipping or heavy equipment-related company. He will manage the Marine and Heavy Equipment Store of Madina Maritime Limited's Shipyard Project. He must have experience and knowledge of store-related software and computers.
