∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Update database regularly by monitoring and evaluating supplier's performance in terms of price and quality.
∎ • Ensure proper inventory management and periodic stock evaluation.
∎ • Ensure timely delivery of the requested materials and adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment.
∎ • Correspondence with the suppliers and shipping agents to update shipment status.
∎ • Maintain regular communication & liaise in between Suppliers & Commercial Department to congregate ETD, ETA, original shipping documents (Import) etc. to ensure prompt customs clearance and delivery.
∎ • To ensure all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, negotiation to buyers and sellers, payment realization etc.) through overseas phone and e-mail.
∎ • Co-ordinate with C&F agents, freight forwarders, and transport.

∎ • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
∎ • Good computer knowledge.
∎ • Ability to work under pressure.
∎ • Candidates must be smart, self-motivated, and dynamic with conveyance capacity, strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills are musts.
∎ • Good planning and analytical skills.
