∎ MBA/Masters in Business Administration from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Store/ inventory, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Automobile, Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage overall activities of store operations including issuance and receipt of all materials.
∎ Provide regular reports on daily stock, monthly stock, delay, ageing, delivery etc.
∎ Ensure proper storage of all materials, spare parts, general and goods kept under custody and undertake regular stock auditing activities as per the defined audit procedure.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and maintain requisition, gate pass and delivery register.
∎ Maintain physical stock and prepare Materials Received Inspection Report (MRIR) after receiving materials.
∎ Ensure safety, quality, compliance activities and clean and tidy store site in workplace
∎ Coordinate with concerned Department(s) to maintain receive and delivery schedule
∎ Coordinate with transport service providers for smooth logistic support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have practical experience in Plant warehouse inventory management
∎ Knowledge of modern inventory management system and inventory software
∎ Knowledge and proven experience in manufacturing plant will get preference
∎ Excellent computer skills especially in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
∎ Hands on experience in SAP will be an added advantage
∎ Strong communication skill
∎ Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills
