Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent should be M. Pharm with MBA having excellent academic record from reputed universities. Qualification may be relaxed for experienced candidates.
∎ Incumbents with CGPA below 3.00 in undergraduate/post graduate level are discouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct feasibility study of potential international market(s) based on primary/secondary data to identify new market(s) for international expansion.
∎ Develop business plan of assigned international market(s) and ensure its implication to meet the divisional objectives.
∎ Plan, design, customize & develop the packaging material of the products to market the product as per the requirement of agent/ distributor in assigned international market(s).
∎ Prepare the price quotation of the products based on International Commercial Terms (INCOTERM) to meet the prevailing price in the market and to ensure the profitability of the assigned international market(s).
∎ Plan and prepare promotional mixes according to the requirements of agent in the assigned country to promote the products effectively.
∎ Prepare all the necessary documents (Pro-forma invoice, Sales Contract etc.) and coordinate with relevant department and follow up delivery activities to ensure timely delivery of regular export.
∎ Prepare collect and submit administrative documents according to the requirement of overseas drug regulatory authorities/agencies to register product in the different countries.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge in computer especially in MS office package is required.
∎ The incumbent should be pro-active to work under pressure, result oriented with 'can do' attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Proficiency in French, Spanish and Arabic will be an added advantage.
∎ Should be physically fit for extensive official tour/visit.
∎ Excellent written/oral communication skills (proficiency in both English and Bangla) and strong analytical, strategic thinking, organizational, interpersonal competencies with commendable negotiation skills.
∎ Age limit: 30 (thirty) years. But it may be relaxed for highly qualified candidates.
