∎ To support and strengthen the winning team, we are looking for competent, committed & reliable individual for the following positions:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ PPIC
∎ Monitoring daily, weekly & monthly plans for different production lines/ units through analysis of the products stock, market demand & sales plan.
∎ Ensuring the availability of necessary RM/PM through Supply Chain to execute the plans.
∎ Coordination with all concerned departments (warehouse, production, QC, Microbiology & QA) regarding priority wise materials receiving, sampling, approval, product manufacturing, analysis & release to ensure the FG dispatch in time as per PPIC plans
∎ Monitoring & reporting the execution status against PPIC plans.
∎ Preparing requisition of packaging materials (Primary, Secondary, Tertiary. Except batch printed PM) as per sales forecast & production plan.
∎
∎ RM/ PM requisition generation, processing, archiving & follow up to ensure adequate stock level.
∎ Monitoring Inventory including daily receiving status & sharing information with relevant department to maintain smooth supply.
∎ Fulfilling campaign of Marketing Department by close monitoring.
∎ Communicating with PMD, R&D, QA, Production & other relevant departments to support new product launching & maintaining various change control of existing products .
∎ Receiving and archiving PMS, PPDS, SOP & Change Control documents and take further action based on requirements.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
∎ Sourcing
∎ Receiving new product sample (Biotech and Chronic Care) requisition from R&D ·
∎ Sourcing as per regulatory guidelines
∎ Arranging sample with proper documentation and forward it to R & D to perform API analysis
∎ Arranging PD formulation sample based on API analysis report & regulatory documentation and forward to R & D for development purpose
∎ Receiving price feasibility and product feasibility data from the marketing team
∎ Receiving NOC from DGDA through the regulatory team
∎ Receiving new product source approval from Quality Assurance
∎ Arranging all required documents for final approval preparation (i.e.), price quotation, comparative statement, pre costing, feasibility data, costing, provisional datasheet,forecast, In house specification, PPIC requisition ·
∎ Forwarding approval to proceed for LC at sight/ CAD/ TT in advance
∎ Monitoring shipment status until first commercial lot followed by three PV batch materials reached at factory
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
∎ Import
∎ Receiving RM/ PM requisition from PPIC
∎ Preparing RM/PM procurement plan based on the production requirement to maintain the optimum inventory level
∎ Collecting quotations from different suppliers and prepare CS
∎ Preparing approval note based on the CS and approval sources
∎ Providing purchase orders to vendors
∎ Ensuring the shipment schedule with the proper documentation and monitoring until delivery of the materials
∎ Sourcing and development of alternative source sample based proper regulatory documentation and considering the business benefit
∎ Communicating frequently with PPIC, warehouse, production, QA, QC, R & D & PMD departments and also suppliers in order to develop a smooth relationship for long term agreement
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
∎ Local
∎ Preparing efficient procurement plan based on the production requirement to arrange the optimum inventory level
∎ Receiving and monitoring raw material inventories for the smooth production process and managing safety stock at all times of optimum level
∎ Collecting price quotation for preparing CS
∎ Preparing PO and sharing with vendors .
∎ Following up and ensuring raw material delivery from suppliers based on PPIC plan
∎ Selecting vendors based on quality, price, documentation, and vendor capacity
∎ Communicating frequently with PPIC, warehouse, production, QA, QC, R & D & PMD
∎ departments and also suppliers in order to develop a smooth relationship for long term agreement
∎ Analysing inventory status of raw materials like block, expiry, obsolescence stock and generating reports to support decision making
∎ Supporting marketing and production department for new product launching and taking initiative for cost-saving
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 years of working experiences in Production Department or relevant field of reputed pharmaceuticals company will get preferences.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply
∎ Expert user of MS Office
∎ Skill of strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem solving & decision-making - Possession of creative & innovative ideas
