∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering (for Executive level, if applicable) with relevant experience.
∎ Candidates with certifications in construction management, structural engineering, or project management will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and review AutoCAD drawings, designs, and plans for various civil engineering projects.
∎ Possess in-depth knowledge of structural design and the finishing stages of construction projects.
∎ Prepare and implement project schedules to achieve targets set by the management.
∎ Monitor and document project work reports, including material requisition updates and progress reports.
∎ Act as a key liaison, ensuring effective coordination between management and project teams.
∎ Ensure quality control throughout the project, adhering to standards set by the management.
∎ Report on project status, progress, and revisions to project schedules as necessary.
∎ Utilize Excel and other tools for detailed planning, reporting, and monitoring tasks.
∎ Excellent understanding of civil engineering principles and construction standards.
∎ Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
∎ Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and project timelines.
