∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare sales plan and achieve the individual sales target for residential, industrial & commercial construction
∎ Prepare individual sales budget and maintain business center wise (Residential, Industrial & Commercial) cost aiming to profitability
∎ Arrange meeting with potential customers
∎ Regula market visit and analyze future demand.
∎ Customer complain handling and complaint reconciliation
∎ Weekly and monthly report on business center wise sales data
∎ Participate residential, industrial & commercial market customer research, study market conditions, competitor data and assist line manager to setting business plan
∎ To assist line manager to developing residential, industrial & commercial construction sales strategy aligning overall business plan
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 3 to 5 year(s) in Sales at any engineering & construction company.
∎ Knowledge on civil engineering and building & construction materials
∎ Must have knowledge of excellent approach towards client, arrange meeting with clients/customers & planning
Salary: Negotiable
