Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment.
∎ Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
∎ Supervise office maintenance, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
∎ Provide administrative support to various departments, including handling documentation, preparing reports, and managing communication.
∎ Assist in scheduling meetings, and appointments if needed.
∎ Maintain and organize company files, records, and documents (both physical and digital).
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations regarding documentation.
∎ Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents as required.
∎ Serve as a point of contact for employees, clients, and vendors, handling inquiries and providing assistance.
∎ Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
∎ Assist in managing office budgets, including tracking expenses and submitting invoices for payment.
∎ Monitor and report on office expenditures.
∎ Provide administrative support to departments as needed.
∎ Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
∎ Handle general inquiries, assist with problem-solving and support various office needs.
∎ Office Management:
