Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Cost & Management Accounting
∎ CA (CC)/CMA (Inter) will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain up to date accurate accounting for efficient Cost Control.
∎ Prepare bills/vouchers for vendors/contractors and other expenses.
∎ Verify bills and put entry to tally software.
∎ Reconcile all receivable ledger and communicate with relevant key personnel for any difference.
∎ Prepare Mushak (Vat Challan) according to bills and make an update of each Mushak challan.
∎ Assist to prepare monthly & yearly Financial Statements.
∎ Make entry of all bank receipts and bank payment vouchers
∎ Verify and reconcile all prepayment and control account.
∎ Reconcile all bank account on monthly basis.
∎ Communicate and take necessary financial activities regarding to loan processing.
∎ Ensure budget & budgetary control.
∎ Performs and/or assists in financial analyses, revenue analysis, and variance analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Adequate knowledge no standard accounting.
∎ Candidates having experience in Tally/SAP will get preference.
∎ Experience in handling ERP, Accounting Software and excellent in Microsoft Office Excel.
∎ Sound knowledge on Tax & VAT etc.
