∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information System, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information System
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT/ MIS, MIS Reporting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Battery, Storage cell
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formatting the information into different reporting system plan to make automated with data base software.
∎ Prepare different types of sales report in daily basis like primary/lifting, non-lifting, secondary, overdue, collection etc. and submit to related person & related department.
∎ Generate SKU wise sales comparison report of each product in Monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly.
∎ Finalize the National Target in every month to discuss with the management.
∎ Disburse the set target in Dealer and input in data base.
∎ Properly Work with Accounts & Store (Order, Invoice, Collection etc.)
∎ Prepare overdue list in daily basis and distribute to concern representative of Order Management.
∎ Prepare Manpower wise various Sales report & evaluate them in monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly.
∎ Prepare dealer commission, incentives, special programme commission etc. by maintain compliance of company's existing rules & regulations.
∎ Represent sales report in general & national sales meeting in power point, Graph, Chart etc.
∎ Collaborate with the key stakeholders to develop the BI (Business Intelligence) processes, strategy and analytics roadmap for Genesis Organization.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to accept challenges and tackle difficult situations and meet the expected goals
∎ Focused on best practices and models that are used in the industry and can be helpful in meeting the expectations of the employees
∎ Good project management skills and ability to pay attention towards the qualitative and quantitative aspects
∎ Experienced in managing information systems projects
