Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieving the daily production target based on the production plan.
∎ Understand product specification & drawings of components, sub-assemblies and assemblies.
∎ Maintain daily record of measuring parameter of different parts.
∎ Supervise and monitor the productivity and smooth operation flow in assembly.
∎ Daily Calibration of Tools & Data Keeping.
∎ Maintain SQCDM in daily operation.
∎ Implementation of 5S in assembly floor and in daily operation.
∎ Maintain Quality guideline & Inspection standard in daily operation process.
∎ Understand product specification & drawings of components, sub-assemblies and assemblies.
∎ Maintain daily record of engine Inspection.Supervise and monitor engine performance with specified criteria & proactive take countermeasure.
∎ Ensure SQCDM in daily operation.Implementation of 5S in working area.
∎ Keep consumption record and stock of Tools, Accessories and Consumable Items.
∎ Reporting of daily QC report to management.Work as a team member and follow directions to implement.
∎ Follow up work process physically and solve problems immediately
