∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain regular formalities with customs department to clear the goods from port.
∎ Prepare requisition/documents of all kinds of customs duty damage, demurrage, and radiation as per the requirement of customs authority.
∎ Submit online duty payment (RTGS), Maintain Email, NOC (No Objection Certificate), Risk Bond & Shipping guarantee, Container receiving & register entry.
∎ Prepare statement of import delivery consignment & Navy document forwarding.
∎ Maintain import cost data entry e.g.; PO verification, Bill of Leading, Delivery Order, invoice parked, agency commission (TID) etc. in software system.
∎ Calculation of damage/demurrage and requisition.
∎ Prepare import job adjustment, customs related notes & letter.
∎ Maintain good liaison with the concern officials of BEPZA (Bangladesh Export Processing Zone Authority).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft word & excel, Good at Bangla typing, Software knowledge.
∎ Ability to hazards identification and risk management.
∎ Positive approach for critical situation handling.
