Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure for warranty registration coupon/claim/ free service and affected parts etc. receive from courier.
∎ To ensure for all warranty claim and affected parts received from dealer then accumulated monthly.
∎ To ensure monthly warranty and free coupon service payments to dealer on time.
∎ Warranty payment process monitoring (receive to submission for payments).
∎ All warranty claim properly check which is warranty coverage or not.
∎ All free service coupon check properly and input on time as per plan.
∎ Direct call to customer for warranty claim and free service coupon for customer verification.
∎ Monthly warranty foreign claim data input in NWS and monitoring for payment request.
∎ Daily, weekly and monthly data punching analysis.
∎ Warranty and free service coupon payment confirmation share with related member.
∎ Payment related any diverticulitis try to solve by excellent knowledge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Technical knowledge about motorcycle.
∎ Excellent analytical thinking skills and problem solving abilities.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office.
