Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily Posting and record in ERP all raw materials stock movement of warehouse.
∎ Ensuring all Raw materials IN/Inhouse as per packing list and purchase order with approved quality.
∎ Ensuring Daily raw materials issue and to production floor as per requisition.
∎ Daily Update all information and documents of stock to face audit ( Customes bond, FSC, GRS, etc.)
∎ Monitoring all activities of raw materials warehouse.
∎ Coordinate with Purchase/Procurement Team, Commercial, F & A, Audit department & necessary departments.
∎ Every day daily raw materials stock movement of warehouse report to the Head of the Department.
∎ Conduct Monthly 100% physical counting of inventory and report to the head of Department
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Garments Accessories/ Trimmings will be given preference.
∎ Pleasant personality.
∎ Hardworking.
∎ Analytical ability.
∎ Computer Knowledge is a must (Ms-word, Ms- excel, Internet browsing & Email).
∎ Fluency in speaking & written English will be treated as an extra advantage.
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
