Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The primary responsibility is administrative, with no sales or target-oriented tasks.
∎ Hybrid job option with a friendly work environment and atmosphere.
∎ Computer literacy is a must, with graphic design skills being an added advantage.
∎ Maintain records for ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds.
∎ Attend to online queries, phone calls, emails, and chats
∎ Efficiently and accurately process visa applications for tourist and student visas to first-world countries
∎ Craft international holiday packages and visa options
∎ Create customized itineraries based on client preferences and budget constraints.
∎ Guide clients on travel-related matters such as visas, insurance, and health requirements.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, promotions, and new travel products.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
