• The primary responsibility is administrative, with no sales or target-oriented tasks.

• Hybrid job option with a friendly work environment and atmosphere.

• Computer literacy is a must, with graphic design skills being an added advantage.

• Maintain records for ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds.

• Attend to online queries, phone calls, emails, and chats

• Efficiently and accurately process visa applications for tourist and student visas to first-world countries

• Craft international holiday packages and visa options

• Create customized itineraries based on client preferences and budget constraints.

• Guide clients on travel-related matters such as visas, insurance, and health requirements.

• Stay updated with industry trends, promotions, and new travel products.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
