Responsibilities & Context:
The primary responsibility is administrative, with no sales or target-oriented tasks.

Maintain records for ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds.
Attend to online queries, phone calls, emails, and chats
Efficiently and accurately process visa applications for tourist and student visas to first-world countries
Craft international holiday packages and visa options
Create customized itineraries based on client preferences and budget constraints.
Guide clients on travel-related matters such as visas, insurance, and health requirements.
Stay updated with industry trends, promotions, and new travel products.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
