∎ This position shall be based in Head Office, Dhaka and will report to Deputy Manager- Transportation.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and Monitoring freight master in the SAP system, give adjustment if any and smooth process of the invoices.
∎ Ensure the barge, maintain and follow up VAT return of supplier, so that company can take rebate transport bill on time.
∎ Follow up barge in the customer ghat, reporting, costing of new route, and make others cost Visibility with proper reporting in transport cost.
∎ Perform the Job as an SAP Super user for freight master management.
∎ Coordinate and liaison with other cross function & Transporter.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years' work experience in Supply chain specially in logistics operation, Experience in barge/truck transport operation will be an added advantage.
∎ Special Skill:
∎ Experience in advance in Microsoft excels, analytical skill.
∎ Advance skill in presentation and power point.
∎ Experience in SAP software will be an added advantage.
∎ Has sound knowledge in Business Communication and analytical skill.
∎ "Can Do" and Hardworking attitude with the time frame.
∎ Willing to travel frequently all over the country.
