Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hire Trucks for distributing and Carrying products all over Bangladesh.
∎ Direct activities related to vehicle deploying, dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles, such as Truck, Covered vans, Pick up etc.
∎ Ensure all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced and ensure the smooth operation of the Light & commercial fleet.
∎ Provide logistic support for smooth Vehicles movement (Maintenance) & Monitoring Vehicle till trip completion.
∎ Monitoring Vehicle by Tracking device & taking Vehicle information & position from Driver from time to time
∎ Keeping records /logs of all the important information as per trip such as driver information, travel logs & distance, fuel, CNG consumption, etc.
∎ Ensure vehicle documents renewal from BRTA. Manage Accidents & other related issues.
∎ Monitor carrier performance and recommend actions for compliance failure.
∎ Negotiate rates with vendors for ad hoc truck movements.
∎ Respond to action station/general inquiries regarding truck operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Need to be ready to work in both day and night shift.
∎ Hard working, disciplined and proactive.
∎ Can take pressure on requirements and solve problems.
∎ Good in Microsoft office.
∎ Effective in business communication.
∎ Need to be good team player.
Salary: Negotiable
