Job Responsibilities:
∎ Track/follow up, monitor and keep various record of vessels repair and services.
∎ Monitoring vessels repair and maintenance work, Execute necessary service of vessels.
∎ Maintain liaison with supplier and prepare party payment as per management approval.
∎ Keep the record of vessel maintenance and check the status of various documents.
∎ Upload document/data in online drive.
∎ Assist technical team and class surveyor in various issues.
∎ Assist to survey related work, vessel inspection, damage calculation.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
∎ Positive approach to critical situation handling.
∎ Sound interpersonal skill.
