Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze customer issues & assign resource to resolve the issues.
∎ Conduct meeting with different technical teams on regular basis, record the status of the works and taking necessary actions accordingly.
∎ Providing different tools, spare parts and other necessary equipment to the technical support teams.
∎ Manage inventory through software and Microsoft Excel.
∎ Coordinate with different departments for the purpose of ensuring intimidate support to the external & internal customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Expertise on MS Office (Specially word, excel & power point) is mandatory to apply for this position.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent customer service skills.
∎ Mind set to work with a 24/7 technical team
∎ Very good communication skills (Both in English & Bengali), literacy & organizational skills.
