Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up on all procurement-related work and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers.
∎ Ensure delivery within the required deadline
∎ Follow up prices, specifications & delivery dates to determine the best bid price among potential suppliers.
∎ Cross-check with suppliers ahead to get on-time delivery to ensure timely delivery to the respective location.
∎ Prepare & maintain updated procurement data.
∎ Prepare and submit all management reports regarding yarn procurement.
∎ Coordinate with other departments for justified material requisitions, quality, and quantity.
∎ Weekly/ Monthly inventory check and report.Monitoring with the production team and justification of the following requirements.
∎ Coordinate with the corporate supply chain team.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
