Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in in any discipline (PGD in SCM will get advantage)
∎ Diploma in Mechanical

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain records of goods ordered and received
∎ Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales
∎ Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
∎ Control purchasing department budgets
∎ Responsible to purchase of spare parts, Knitting & Dyeing machine and all kinds of maintenance items
∎ Collect price quotation (IT & Electrical items) and prepare comparative statement to get approval from authorized person
∎ Prepare purchase order to get approval from authorized person and send it to the vendor for procurement.
∎ Collect challan/bill with proper document /MRR & put in the purchase register book
∎ Responsible to open/process L/C
∎ Regularly update monthly purchase statement.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor or management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Hardworking and able to work under pressure
∎ Strong analytical and leadership ability
∎ Self-motivated and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
∎ Good interpersonal skill and communication skills in English (Verbal & Written)
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: Negotiable
