Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare LC opening documents
∎ Open & amend LC
∎ Make cover note & collect policy
∎ Follow up with the supplier for on-time shipment (FOB/Exw)
∎ Float RFQ to freight forwarder and process for order placing
∎ Follow up documents copy and endorse from bank for assessment process
∎ Original documents retirement, customs clearing and customs duty & taxes payment
∎ Handle customs clearance of air, sea and land ports consignment
∎ Process customs C&F bill
∎ Other jobs related to bank & regulatory bodies and procurement
∎ Give entry of real-time data in SAP software
∎ Any other duty as and when required by the Supervisor
