∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall distribution, logistics, and inventory management systems.
∎ Monitor stock levels, order, and re-order goods when necessary, and track the movement of goods.
∎ Distribute products as per challan and ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick up.
∎ Monitoring products received from the courier through checking product quality, accurate counting, and posting in the system.
∎ Ensure dispatch plan as per sales requisition and activation.
∎ Monitoring logistics operations, such as warehouse activities, safety performance, safety products shelving, and products self-life.
∎ PO entry, prepare Invoice, ensure delivery in due time.
∎ Monitoring Products distribution as per requisition.
∎ Monitoring Inventory management to include routine stocktaking, stock turnover, and FIFO Maintain.
∎ Cooperate with Finance, Operation, and Production for any stock-related matters.
∎ Disposal of damaged/expired products.
∎ Logistic & Product Support for Activation.
∎ After Activation receives product and logistic with counting, quality check, and report submitted to the concerned department.
∎ All Delivery challan hard copy to be maintained in a separate file (Month wise).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Smart at work
∎ Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills
∎ Self-motivated and time-oriented
∎ Strong multi-tasking ability
∎ Good proficiency in written and spoken English
∎ Good command of Bangla writing
∎ Educational Requirements
