Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/M.Com/B.Sc in Engineering from a reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with various Vendors
∎ Market survey and ensure the quality of product/material
∎ Ensure proper purchase documentation as per the company policy and procedure
∎ Collect and maintain current price list from the local market
∎ All local purchasing process, ordering, seeking quotation and purchasing
∎ Keep update information about all purchase materials
∎ Select, Develop & manage Vendor's list
∎ Work orders prepare, place the order to vendors and receive the bill from suppliers
∎ Maintain all kinds of transportation for logistic support
∎ Bill collection from suppliers and after verification of signature submit to accounts department for payment
∎ Maintain bill register and payment sequence from Supply Chain end
∎ Ensure on time availability of approved /best quality materials & other required items with a most cost effective/competitive market price
∎ Collect multiple quotations from enlisted vendors/new sources in different markets
∎ Negotiating with the vendors to get most competitive price with a best quality product/service
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good understanding of procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, material forecasting, strategic sourcing etc.
∎ Must have proven capability to work in a fast paced business environment
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent computer skills especially in MS Office.
∎ Willing to work under pressure
Salary: Negotiable
