Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Operation Management/Supply Chain Management/International Business/Marketing from any reputed university.
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDSCM
∎ Training/Trade Course: supply chain management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Garments, Washing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing, visiting, and evaluation of potential suppliers & communicating with suppliers and negotiating the best prices.
∎ Based on requisition, Collect quotation/offer from local vendor do initial negotiation, prepare comparative statement, Prepare presentation for Management approval
∎ Create purchase orders, procure items and send procured items to concerned stores.
∎ Prepare market survey report on different garments Materials (Mechanical, Electrical, stationary, maintenance, etc for garments industries) for supplier database.
∎ Create, develop and manage new vendor relationships.
∎ Coordinate with concerned department and Transport for ensuring smooth delivery of procured items and coordinate to reach the selected locations.
∎ Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists for warranty, damages and insurance.
∎ Maintain right quantity of goods & inventory which will lead to maximizing savings without hampering normal production schedules.
∎ Prepare purchase budget for stock and non-stock items & accessories & purchase item checking & verifying market to market.
∎ Calculate & check all bills & prepare a summary report on the status of purchase and forward these bills to audit for auditing purpose. Also forward to the bills to accounts department for adjustment/settlement.
∎ To follow procurement procedures, generating PO, maintaining an updated list of inventory and incoming purchases and supplies.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Must have good computer knowledge (MS Office), EXCEL, E-Mail operation.
∎ Excellent negotiation & communication skill.
∎ Good knowledge about the procurement market & place.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Candidates should be smart, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
