∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations management/Supply Chain Management will be an advantage

∎ Proficiency in supply chain management software and systems
∎ Practical knowledge on supplier's VAT & Tax Calculation as per ordinance & rules accordingly
∎ Should be proactive, energetic and self-motivated
∎ Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English
∎ Should be a team player with good interpersonal skills
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office and ERP
∎ Should be honest and dedicated
∎ Proficiency in supply chain management software and systems
∎ Practical knowledge on supplier's VAT & Tax Calculation as per ordinance & rules accordingly
∎ Should be proactive, energetic and self-motivated
∎ Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English
∎ Should be a team player with good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure sourcing, negotiation and purchase of materials (i.e. Construction materials, Raw materials, Machineries, HVAC, Mechanical & Hardware items, Any spare parts, Electrical items etc) from vendors within the deadline
∎ Purchase of Re bar, Cement, Construction Chemicals, Stone Chips, Sand, Bricks, Materials handling equipment, Fuel oil, Raw materials and other items for new Cement manufacturing project
∎ Hire all types of Machineries, Equipment for ongoing construction project
∎ Ensure all goods and services purchased comply with company procurement policy & procedure
∎ Search for profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships
∎ Prepare CS, Issuing PO, Formation of Contracts/ Agreements/MOU etc.
∎ Responsible for implementing internal procurement action plan to cater superior delivery services and shorten lead time
∎ Link up with cross functional departments, suppliers,and the factory for smooth and uninterrupted operational support
∎ Generate daily, weekly and monthly procurement reports
∎ Frequently visit markets for better sourcing of the materials
∎ Identify and implement cost-saving strategy
∎ Assist in supplier selection and requalification to manage risk
∎ Monitor and measure supplier performance
∎ Increase the quality and efficiency of communication with supplier
∎ Align with the company’s strategy and supplier strategy to create competitive advantage
