Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Sourcing, Negotiation, Comparative Statement approval, ordering, Delivering, Follow-up and assuring supply of Non-Medical items for various department such as Facility Management, Hospitality Services, Food & Beverage, Operations, Business Development, HR. IT etc by following supply chain manual and through complying 100% law of land and regulatory formalities.
∎ Handling product complain, Return to Suppliers and compensation.
∎ Invoice processing for payment.
∎ Any other Task required for the department as assigned by the authority.
∎ Additional Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide assistance to the supervisor for carrying out the smooth operation of supply chain & inventory control in respect of materials, assets & services by developing & maintain an efficient receipt & issue of requisite materials through organized and secured storing of materials.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain/ procurement/ local purchase of general items.
∎ Technical Competencies:
∎ knowledge in Supply Chain Management
∎ Process oriented.
∎ Record management skills.
∎ Professional knowledge.
∎ Behavioral Competencies:
∎ Influencing and Motivating
∎ Problem Solving.
∎ Follow up skills.
