Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (Pass)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Supply Chain Management
∎ Skills Required: Commercial, Email Communications, Erp software, Good command over MS Office Package, supply chain management, Supply Chain Planning
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a candidate who can manage our commercial & supply chain.
∎ Have to handle L/C related issues.
∎ Candidate have to communicate with foreign principle companies regarding pricing & freights.
∎ Candidate have to manage freight forwarders & shipping agents.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop/Maintain profitable supply chain plan for existing and new product introduction by coordinating requirements across various functional areas to include sourcing, procurement, materials, and inventory functions.
∎ Accountability for adherence to supply chain and cost reduction targets, overseeing demand planning activities; monitoring progress, increase global supply dependability and flexibility, reviewing schedule and resolving cross departmental problems.
∎ Establish key programs or projects that target specific improvement opportunities to reduce costs and lead times, resolve quality issues, or increase supply dependability and flexibility. Ensure achievement of planned results.
∎ Ensure, manage and oversee the establishment of a reliable global supplier base through the implementation of strong partnering relationships and strategic sourcing alliances.
∎ Lead, manage and oversee negotiations and the establishment of applicable supply agreements, contracts and purchase order terms and conditions.
∎ Ensure and maintain the integrity of processes in place for supplier communications, analysis and selection, procurement and outsourcing activities and sourcing strategies for commodity categories.
∎ Co-ordinate & collaborate with Factory warehouses, procurements, marketing, sales, outsource suppliers and prepare statistical data analysis for management and constantly inform supervisor / senior management about the critical areas for action.

∎ Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
∎ Responsible to develop a high performance teams
∎ Ability to build relationships with Logistics mediators and work closely with package engineers to ensure the protection of freight in transportation.
∎ Knowledge about documentation and organization is important - any changes to operating procedures, prioritization or any problems must be documented and communicated accurately.
∎ Communicate freight transportation information to customers or suppliers, using transportation management, electronic logistics marketplace, or electronic freight information systems, to improve efficiency, speed, or quality of transportation services
∎ Reporting-Monthly Inventory Report, weekly stock report.
∎ Prepare different type of report as per requirement of business.
∎ Any other tasks required or assigned by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Experience in Commercial & supply chain management are encouraged to apply.
∎ Should Have good communication skill & English skill.
∎ Good skilled in MS word & MS Excel & email communication.
∎ Experience in Pharma & medical Indenting firm preferable.
