Job Responsibilities:
∎ Continuously monitor and verify material prices from reliable market sources and other companies.
∎ Cultivate strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new potential suppliers to secure the best options for the company.
∎ Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, negotiate favorable terms and conditions, and promptly address any issues that may arise.
∎ Assess vendor performance based on cost, quality, and delivery, and create improvement plans for supplier performance.
∎ Adhere to warehouse and distribution policies and procedures.
∎ Ensure accurate and proper handling of documentation for incoming stock upon receipt.
∎ Maintain safety stock levels in line with storage capacity.
∎ Oversee the loading and unloading procedures for all materials, goods, and commodities, maintaining comprehensive records.
∎ Ensure accurate receipts and documentation for all returned stock items upon delivery.
∎ Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile the results with updated inventory or stock statements.
∎ Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and yearly stock reports.
∎ Effectively manage and control stock levels.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in managing supply chain operations for steel structures and mechanical accessories.
