Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage student inquiries, registrations, and documentation.

  • Provide guidance and follow-up support for students throughout their academic journey.

  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communication.

  • Assist with counseling students regarding programs, applications, and study requirements.

  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Handle follow-up communications via email, phone, and in person.

  • Prepare regular reports and updates for management.

Job Specifications:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.

  • Language Requirement: IELTS score of 7.5 out of 9 (preferred).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English & Bangla).

  • Freshers with the right skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

  • Previous experience in student management, counseling, or customer service will be an advantage.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT tools.
