∎ ·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory systems, planning, and execution.
∎ ·         Commitment to meeting targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Stock Reporting
∎ - Update daily stock reports for locations including Natore, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cumilla using ERP software, register, and BIN card.
∎ - Submit weekly and monthly stock reports to the supervisor in Excel format.
∎ 2. Physical Inventory Management
∎ - Conduct a monthly physical inventory and adjust records in ERP to reflect any loss or gain.
∎ - Keep inventory records accurate and up-to-date.
∎ 3. Goods Received (GR) Reporting
∎ - Report to the Management of daily GR details, including GR value, number, and date.
∎ - Maintain separate stock records for SBUs such as seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, and Aqua products (RM/PM/FG).
∎ - Submit monthly product loss/gain reports.
∎ 4. MRR, GR, and Production Reporting
∎ - Complete daily MRR, GR, and production reports.
∎ - Submit monthly MRR and GR reports and ensure SKU-wise stock is accurately updated by BIN card.
∎ - Oversee storekeepers and floor supervisors to ensure stock accuracy.
∎ 5. Depot and Factory Stock Maintenance
∎ - Maintain stock for three depots and the Cumilla factory.
∎ - Weekly updates on short-dated products and accurate record-keeping using ERP software.
