Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable for allocating PI in the Sales contract/Export LC for opening BBL/C against independent purchase/requisition,
∎ Prepare office notes for management approval through Finance & audit.
∎ Accountable for to follow up and monitor yarn IH start and close date to match with TNA as confirmed in the P.O. issued to the supplier.
∎ Remind the supplier through email/SMS as per prescribed format for the upcoming 3 days delivery commitment.
∎ Accountable to check updated import CI list and take corrective measures to release the import consignment well in time.
∎ Accountable for sourcing yarn from various suppliers/countries to reduce the purchase cost.
∎ Accountable for ensuring stock yarn against confirmed order be disbursed to production within 2 working days from the date of IH/FB.
∎ Accountable for day-to-day undefined/inquiry from another dept/supplier or any pending issues.
∎ Accountable for managing daily yarn requisition, get management approval, PO issue against Pipeline LC, or make a comparative statement in terms of quality(Technical parameter), delivery lead time, and price in case of the new purchase.
∎ Accountable for follow-up yarn sample test for bulk is carried out from the date of receipt of the sample yarn from the spinner.
∎ Accountable for checking yarn stock aging report and ensure utilization of old stock in consultation with factories.
