Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow Up Overall LC Process such as LC Opening, Insurance managment, prepare LC documents
∎ Follow Up Shipments on process
∎ Deal with freight forwarder and book vessel for shipments
∎ Checking and prepare shipping documents
∎ Communicate with overseas supplier to fix the goods ready date.
∎ Deal with CNF to ensure smooth clearing process.
∎ Sourcing, negotiating and confirm order for raw material
∎ Planning, forecasting for raw materials
∎ Any other task assign by management.
