Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage 3 Wheeler service team from corporate to all over the country.
∎ Ensure effective customer satisfaction throw driving service team.
∎ Monitor and solve customer problems in time schedule basis to gain & retain customer's faith.
∎ Ensure proper planning, budgeting and analyzing service market to improve service quality in total service network.
∎ Organize service promotional activities like service campaign, high way checkup campaign etc.
∎ Identify potential problems and plan to solve them in proactive manner.
∎ Generate reports of all problems and provided solution and show the reduction of problems.
∎ Review the current strategic plan time to time on the targeted market and take appropriate strategy to keep and increase the market share.
∎ Guide and support service dealer / mechanic for transparent smooth transactions.
∎ Coordinate with Spare parts. Sales and others department to perform operations smoothly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to the candidates who are currently working at Three & four wheeler Automobile Company.
∎ Willing to travel intensely all over the country.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ Must have visionary leadership quality with better attitude to achieve the ambition.
