Job Responsibilities:
∎ Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available.
∎ Direct field related sales & monthly target achievement as per company's policy.
∎ Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management.
∎ Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary.
∎ Give answers query from clients & collect payment in due time.
∎ Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources.
∎ Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market.
∎ Makes product appeal to the target market.
∎ Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines.
∎ To perform any relevant job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have to know drive Motor Bike with valid driving license.
∎ Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experiences in Prominent Cement or Ready Mix Concrete Company.
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
