∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Coordination, Planning and monitoring
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, Meeting Management, Microsoft Excel, MS Project, Programme and Project Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct project review with team leaders as per the schedule and send updated project tracker to Management as required based on the work progress of the projects.
∎ Monitor and control on proper usage of material quantities & qualities and minimize the damage of materials.
∎ Daily basis reporting to the Management is mandatory.
∎ Day-to-day management of the site, monitoring the site labor force.
∎ Plan, supervise and monitor all civil construction & interior works of the ongoing projects.
∎ Must be knowledgeable & work with MS Project, advance Excel & Auto Cad.
∎ Prepare a schedule and assign work to construction personnel.
∎ Determine project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.
∎ Ensure material quality & maintaining standards following approved specifications.
∎ Preparation of progress report and Documentary work for interior activities.
∎ Prepare a detailed project plan for the Civil project and propose resource requirements.
∎ Prepare and submit the necessary documentation for approval of relevant regulatory authorities.
∎ Perform special assignments from Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Male & Female both are encourage to apply.
∎ Relevant experience in a Prominent Real Estate Company.
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
∎ He/she should have a very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with a fervent attitude.
