- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
Certification in Occupational Health, safety and environment (OHSE) will add advantage.

Sound knowledge of construction safety regulations, fire safety, and emergency procedures.
Strong communication, reporting, and training skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple site activities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure overall health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance at the construction site.
Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety plans, policies, and procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
Deliver safety induction and training programs for workers, subcontractors, and staff.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases; prepare reports and recommend preventive actions.
Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all site personnel.
Liaise with project management and regulatory bodies regarding safety compliance.
Maintain safety documentation, checklists, and records in accordance with company and legal standards.
Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset among workers.
