Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc Engineering in Mechanical.
∎ Candidates with specialized certification in logistics/supply chain management will be given preference.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Supply Chain Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fleet management, Logistics Management, supply chain management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in Monitoring & Reporting Group Logistics & Transport related information through ERP Software, Vehicle Tracking System (VTS), Fuel Sensors, and actual data & information collection and prepare reports as per supervisors’ direction.
∎ Maintaining liaison with Transport Department, 3rd party transport agencies and co-ordinate with the respective logistics operations team in different units about all commercial vehicle status, vehicle allocation, company-owned and third-party vehicle assignment, new vehicle purchase, development activities, 3rd Party new vehicle engagement, change of agreement, and other requirements, etc.
∎ Monitoring and coordination with company central transport, 3rd party transport agencies & factory management to establish and change policies to ensure distribution of finished products to all the customers as per scheduled delivery program as guided by the supervisor.
∎ Coordinating with central MTRC workshop to ensure proper maintenance of vehicles, pending workshop activities, and on-time delivery from the workshop.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the Company transport Team, Transport (3rd) agencies, and officers of loading/Unloading point, vehicle movement, route path, to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions as per the supervisor’s guidance.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly logistics reports as assigned by the supervisor.

∎ Logistics & Fleet Management
∎ Delivery Schedule Management & optimization.
∎ Skilled in MS Office (Good command in MS Excel)
∎ Effective in multitasking, negotiation, and time management.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Effective in written & Verbal communication.
∎ Knowledge in ERP SD Module Software.
∎ Basic knowledge in Automotive workshop, spare parts, and servicing.
