Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bill Voucher Checking
∎ Journal entry
∎ Receipt and Payment entry
∎ Salary entry
∎ Monthly Reporting (Financial Statement)
∎ Bank Reconciliation
∎ Party Balance confirmation
∎ Salary Disbursement (cash)
∎ Banking (Cash drawing and cheque deposing when needed)
∎ Make Sure TDS Payment
∎ IOU payment entry, adjustment
∎ Bill Voucher approval from Mgt.
∎ Cheques prepare, posting and Disbursement
∎ All types of Fund Transfer, Posting
∎ Salary Payment (Bank)
∎ Cheque leaf reconciliation and reporting
∎ Bank Balance Confirmation
∎ Voucher Checking (Cash & Journal) after posting
∎ Monthly Intercompany reconciliation
∎ Any other task assigned by HOD
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Tally, MS Office
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
