Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & supervise all HR-related letters such as appointment letters, letters of confirmation, letters for enhancement of designation and remuneration.
∎ Staffing of all departments/ Concern/ Companies as per Company requirements.
∎ Assist in creating and designing Organizational Development Strategies.
∎ Handling employee grievances issues.
∎ Assist in the development of strategic HR Policy, Procedures & Guidelines.
∎ Prepare different reports, presentations, organization charts & HR-related analyses.
∎ To coordinate all recruitment processes to ensure timely
∎ To coordinate the works for recruits after receiving the Management-approved Talent Hunt requisition from the respective department head.
∎ To update and maintain the organization organograms of the departments to have detailed information about the filled up vacant and new positions.
∎ Establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives.
∎ Facilitation and coordination of the performance review and employee development programs.
∎ Build and maintain effective operating relations with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both employee-related and organizational matters.
∎ Protect the interests of employees and the company-by-company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
∎ Training and development-related processes to meet the ultimate goal of the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 1-3 years of human resource management experience preferred.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
∎ Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
∎ Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
