Strong understanding of internal audit procedures, risk assessment, and control systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skill in both Bengali and English

Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
Accounting Software: Tally software, ERP
Responsibilities & Context:
- Evaluate and ensure compliance of bills/vouchers with audit standards, company policies, procedures, laws, and regulations in the assigned functional areas;
- Perform market rate verification for local purchases and validate with procurement standards;
- Maintain complete and accurate audit documentation in compliance with company standards;
- Collaborate with relevant departments to gather necessary data and documentation for audit purposes;
- Prepare clear, accurate audit findings and reports for internal review and management action;
- Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or department head.
