∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Gulshan-1)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check all accounting documents and post the day-to-day transaction in the accounting system in time.
∎ To prepare and review banks reconciliations and the manage discrepancy
∎ To prepare management reports, analyze accounting records, financial statements on monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly and as when necessary and submit the reports to the Management in time.
∎ Dealing with Bank & FI's and to inform management about the position of cash & bank
∎ To ensure the control of Fixed Assets with maintaining the Fixed Asset Register.
∎ Preparation of project profile & Financial model.
∎ Communication (over phone and written) with Various Parties for recovery of receivable.
∎ Knowledge of Tax, Vat and other regulatory matters is preferable.
∎ Any other accounts related to legal tasks assigned by Management.
∎ Work in a team environment and collaboration with various departments.
∎ To face yearly audits by the external auditors.
∎ To understand all of the company's liabilities and has many legal contracts, statutory & tax obligations.
∎ To ensure Company business model for generating customer value and translate the operational metrics into measures for performance.
∎ Reports financial status by developing forecasts; budget, reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements.
∎ Maintaining all sorts of business communication with Banks and Financial institutes.
∎ All other duties as and when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02 years working experiences in Accounts and Accounting Management. Disabled qualified accountants will get preference. The incumbent should be hard working, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Salary:
∎ Salary structure would be from Taka 20,000 - 25,000 (Monthly), Depending on qualifications and experience.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance.
∎ Festival Bonus: 02.
